Subject to HST, commissioner fee or notary fee if required and disbursements if any. Rates are charged per defendant & address, discounted rate applies if multiple serves take place at same time and location.

 

Extra charges apply for Rush jobs (within 48 hours of receipt of documents) request a quote.

 

$60.00/hour for waiting time. (Special circumstances only, Client can request not to wait under any circumstances)

All overdue invoices past 30 days from the due date, will have interest applied at an annual interest rate of 19.99% compounded monthly, until the balance of the account including interest is paid in full.
